Please note that all oral presentation speakers must register and pay in full by 14th March 2020 by way of confirmation that they will be accepting their offered place in the Congress programme.

Accommodation

June is a peak month in Dublin for both business and leisure tourists, you are advised to book accommodation as soon as possible to ensure availability. The Congress organisers have negotiated rates with hotels nearby to the Congress venue. Information on these hotels and how to book is available on the Accommodation page

*If you opt to pay by these methods payment must be received within 2 weeks of registering. Payment via these methods will cease on the 1st May 2020 and payments from that date on must be made via Visa or Mastercard. For all queries please contact [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled before 19 March 2020 – 100% of the Congress fee is refundable
If cancelled from 20 March to 30 April 2020 – 50% of the Congress fee is refundable
No refunds are payable from 1 May 2020 onwards
All cancellations are subject to a €35 administrative fee
