We have negotiated special discounted rates for HETI 2020 delegates in a range of accommodation options close to the conference venue The RDS. To avail of these special discounted rates you will need to book your accommodation directly with the hotel using the information provided below.
Dublin is can be particularly busy in June and delegates are advised to book as early as possible to ensure accommodation availability in their preferred hotel.

Conference Partners or the Congress Organisers cannot take responsibility for an individual’s booking as the agreement is made directly between the individual delegate and their chosen hotel.

Trinity College Student Accommodation
We have also arranged student level accommodation on campus in Trinity College Dublin. Trinity College is approx. a 5 min train journey, 12 min bus journey or a 30min walk from the Congress venue. This is basic accommodation in single rooms on campus. There is a limited number of ensuite rooms available and these will be sold on a first come basis so please book early to avail of these.
If you want to book accommodation in Trinity College Student accommodation then this must be booked on your registration form. To do so please indicate the dates you require accommodation and select the room type. If you want to book hotel accommodation or make your own arrangements then please select ‘No accommodation’ on the form and move forward to completing your registration. If you require dates outside the block indicated please email [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
